A payments app where friends split bills, merchants take payment, and people tap an NFC chip to pay in person, with a DeFi agent managing idle funds in the background.
SplitHub is for splitting bills with friends and paying merchants without a wallet-app maze. I set the core idea: the chip authorizes a payment but never holds funds, so the money keeps earning yield until a real payment needs it. Claude Code wrote most of the code, including the onchain validation, the store logic and the agent that manages liquidity. I decided how the flows should behave and steered the fixes when a payment failed.
Onchain validation failures were hard to read, so the app now shows the specific error and detects when the registry doesn't match.
I described each problem by what happened when a payment was tried, then asked for one fix at a time. I checked each fix against the flow before asking for the next one.
